The Problem
The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, one of the largest and most active convention centers in the United States, had been facing persistent service challenges with its previous mobility equipment provider. Staff and guests alike were unsatisfied by unreliable service, including poorly maintained scooters, frequent delays, and limited support. The Work
In 2021, the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center became the first convention facility to adopt the Rent A Ride platform, powered by Scootaround. The Results
The convention center has continued its partnership with Scootaround since 2021, and we currently provide mobility equipment services for 10 or more shows every year.
