The aquarium was set up to aid conservation and education by housing endangered animals, including monkeys, jaguars, penguins, and many other species you wouldn’t expect to find in an aquarium. The lush and green upper level of the aquarium is designed to replicate the Orinoco Rainforest, while the bottom level houses sea animals from around the world.

There are various educational opportunities throughout the day at the aquarium, some of which allow you to get closer to the animals and learn how staff care for them. While there, you can also dine at Eighteen-O-One, an on-site restaurant that offers food from different regions of the world.

The aquarium is wheelchair accessible and compliant with ADA guidelines. Because it covers a large area, we advise bringing a mobility aid or arranging a rental in advance of your visit.

AT&T Stadium is not only the home of the Dallas Cowboys, it’s also the world’s largest domed structure, an art museum, and a classroom. The stadium offers four different tours daily, including an art tour, VIP guided tour, self-guided tour, and an educational tour. Take an afternoon to throw the ball on the field, or admire works of art displayed throughout the stadium.

It goes without saying that touring the world’s largest domed structure can take hours. Renting a scooter or electric wheelchair will ensure you see as much of the stadium as possible. AT&T Stadium is fully accessible, with features such as an accessibility shuttle service, accessible seating, and restrooms.

The GeO-Deck is 470 feet above the ground, providing an impressive view of Dallas’ skyline. Equipped with powerful telescopes and high definition zoom cameras, the deck allows visitors to see intricate details in the streets and even in café windows. Grab a bite at the Cloud Nine Café, where you can enjoy a meal or snack with a view. This is such a fantastic way to start your Dallas trip, as you can get a feel for the layout of the city, which will help you get your bearings for the rest of your trip.

The GeO-Deck at Reunion Tower is completely wheelchair accessible. You can access each level and the café with a wheelchair, and there is handicapped parking in the lot. The GeO-Deck is open 10 a.m. - 10 p.m., and the last elevator goes up 30 minutes prior to close.

American history buffs cannot miss this attraction. Located on the sixth and seventh floor of an early 20th-century warehouse, The Sixth Floor Museum chronicles the legacy and assassination of John F. Kennedy. After the assassination of President Kennedy, a “sniper’s nest” and three empty rifle shells were found on the sixth floor of this building. Temporary exhibits are featured on the seventh floor.

The museum offers a self-guided cell phone tour of Dealey Plaza and the surrounding historical sites, including the John F. Kennedy Memorial. The Sixth Floor Museum is wheelchair accessible and has an accessible entrance at the northwest corner.
